What do I need to install Community Edition?

Docker and an OpenAI API key. The CLI installer pulls and starts all required containers. Full setup at github.com/deskree-inc/tetrix-ce-install.

Does Tetrix send my code to external servers?

CE runs entirely on your machine. Your code is indexed and stored in local Docker containers; nothing leaves your environment during indexing. OpenAI is called at query time for reasoning, and code context is included in those requests. Enterprise (BYOC) deploys in your own cloud with private networking and no data egress to Tetrix.

Can I migrate from Community Edition to Enterprise?

CE and Enterprise are separate architectures. CE is for individual use on your machine. Enterprise is a dedicated deployment in your own cloud, built for teams. Contact us to discuss the transition path.
